Terms and Conditions
Last updated 11 August 2026.
These terms cover your use of this website and any enquiry you send through it. They are not the contract for scaffolding work itself, which is agreed separately in writing for each job.
About us
This website is operated by Williamson Scaffolding Ltd.
Using this website
You may use this site for your own lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, interfere with its operation, submit anything malicious through its forms, or use it in any way that could damage it or disrupt other visitors.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry through this site does not create a contract and does not reserve a date. We aim to reply to every enquiry within 24 hours. Any price we give is a quotation based on the information available at the time and, where a site visit has not yet taken place, it may change once we have seen the property. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it.
Accuracy of the information here
We keep the information on this site up to date and accurate, but it is provided for general guidance. Advice articles are general information about scaffolding and related work and are not a substitute for a survey of your property or for professional advice about your specific project.
Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, images, layout and branding, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written agreement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this website.

Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the current one.
